There was a maintenance above my room i could not sleep during my stay and they were not able to let them stop working . They find out a solution after 3 days of my stay to change my room which is difficult to move to different room after organizing everything at the room

During check in, faced trouble..already dropped msg separately to booking com. You can review the message which was sent.

Hedra was amazing at the front desk! Very polite and efficient and helpful. He made our stay extra pleasant and relaxing! Thanks

One staff i think he is Egyptian, the day i checked out he was rude + didnt wanted to helped but when i told him the other helped and assisted me well, he did it.

The property is extremely old, and the staff are not helpful specially at the front desk.They treat you like a piece of meat that they wanna eat

Again the building is so old and not clean.I advise you to not book through booking.com as they don’t show you the real truth about the hotels

I have stayed in the property before. I liked nothing. It has changed

work out towels, door handle broken, bathroom curtain stale. You don't expect to get such experience after spending top dollars for this kind of property. Prices should be halved for the experience it provides. And to top it all you have discourteous staff which dictate their terms on customers

I arrived at 2:30 pm , I checked in at 4 pm, just because I asked for a connected room that was requested the day before arrival.when ever you call them no one answer you not the reception nor the restaurant etc the food in the is so bad and not French particularly the beef and the chicken

We had a connected room my friend and I. We were told the key will be send to my room and my friend’s key will be send to my room shortly. Although the room was ready, we had to wait for an hour and a half though many calls.

The hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness were excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the facilities were well maintained.

Nothing major-at times, staff could provide clearer information when asked about certain information.

The location is too crowded Waiting for long time for parking!No self parking is available Long time to make check in Found insect in the roomLighting facilities is not comfortable, either all lights is ON or OFF !!The GYM is small and not good machines

First, we were upgraded into 2BR Panoramic room, big shoutout to Steven ???The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, view is decent. Staff were nice..

The location was a bit odd in terms of accessibility, not also a fan of valet parking as you need to wait for some time to get your car if you wanted to go out..

I always stay in this hotel my daughters liked very well we always booked family connecting room
